Tri 101 Triathlon Training Program

EVENTS & DISTANCES
Triathlon - Swim 0.75 km - Bike 13.4 mi - Run 2.5 miles
Duathlon - Run 5 km - Bike 13.4 mi - Run 2.5 miles
Aquabike - Swim 0.75 km - Bike 13.4 mi

DIVISIONS  
Age Group –  (14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, …, 80+)  
Military –  (must have military ID)  
Clydesdales –  (Men 200+)  Weigh-in required at check in.  
Athena (Ladies 140+)  Weigh-in required at check in.
Novice - First time triathlete or duathlete.
Relay - 3 person teams - Coed, Male or Female.

ENTRY FEES
Individual - $60 until 6/24 - $70 until 6/28 - after 6/28 $80
Relay - $105 until 6/24 - $115 until 6/28 - after 6/28 $125

Sprint Tri, Sprint Du, Sprint Aqua
Top 3 men / women overall, each age group, clydesdales, athena, novice and military.
Sprint Tri Relay
Top 3 male, female and co-ed relays

Baldwin Park is located in the middle of Orlando. Take Colonial Drive (SR 50) East to Bennett. Go North on Bennett, you'll see Baldwin Park on your right. Turn right at New Broad Street and continue to Prospect Avenue.  Interactive Map.

12:00 pm – 6:00 pm: Registration, check in and packet pick up at Locomotion Bikes
Sunday
6:00 am: Registration and check in at Locomotion Bikes
6:00 am: Body marking, transponder pickup and transition area open at transition area
7:15 am: Mandatory pre-race meeting for all swimmers at the beach
7:15 am: Mandatory pre-race meeting for all duathletes at finish line
7:30 am: Event start
9:30 am: Award ceremony

WAVES
1 @ 7:30 am - Tri Males 15-39 years of age, All Duathletes
2 @ 7:32 am - Tri Males 40+, Clydesdales, Military
3 @ 7:34 am - Tri Females all age groups, Athena, Military
4 @ 7:36 am - All CTC & Aquabikers (Male and Female)

• All Buttar.com triathlons and duathlons are sanctioned by USA Triathlon and all USAT rules will be in effect.

• All participants, including relay team members, must show proof of USAT membership or purchase a one day license ($10) at check-in. 

• Please do not enclose USAT fees with entry. 

• No Drafting & Helmets are required.
