ABOUT THIS EVENT
Functional fitness is the underlying foundation for all sports,
including endurance sports such as triathlon, cycling, running and
swimming. There has never been an opportunity to test individual
functional fitness against other endurance athletes in a competitive
environment.
TEAM CHALLENGE
Compete in the team challenge if you have a group of friends!
The lowest average time across all members of a team wins the team
division. A team consists of any number of athletes competing
in either the 300 Sparta Challenge or teh 300 Athlete Challenge who
have selected a team prior to the start of the event.
Participants can have their time count for the Team Challenge and
individual results for $10.
CATEGORIES
300 Sparta Challenge
The following workout for time:
Age groups – 19 & Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
Top 3 overall men / women and age group.
300 Athletes Challenge
The following workout for time:
