6:45 am - Pre-race announcements at the beach for all triathletes

• We use the AMB timing system – the same system used in the Olympics – guaranteed accurate results.

• Technical event T-shirt (guaranteed if you register online by 5/15/10), pre-race webinar, nutrition clinic, post-event food / drink, fully stocked aid stations included in the entry fee.

• Aid stations every mile serving Advocare Rehydrate, Advocare Spark and Gel.

• Field limit: 500 athletes per day (across all events) - register EARLY!

• All athletes (except Novice Triathletes) must present proof of USAT membership or buy a 1 day membership
