New for 2010
Triathlon Hammer, Duathlon Hammer, Aquabike Hammer. This event is specifically for athletes who have the endurance, experience and ability to recover to race back to back on Saturday and Sunday. These extremely special athletes get a variety of amenities including: custom Hammer t-shirt (in addition to the normal event t-shirt), AdvoCare goodie bag, Hammer award and Hammer video. The entry fee for the Hammer divisions is $170. Due to ordering time required the deadline for Hammer category registration is Sunday, March 7, 2010 at midnight.

7:00 am - Sprint Aquabike - .75 km swim, 20 km bike
7:00 am - Sprint Duathlon - 2.75 mile run, 20 km bike, 2.8 mile run
7:00 am - Sprint Triathlon - .75 km swim, 20 km bike, 2.8 mile run
7:00 am - MyFirst Triathlon - .4 km swim, 20 km bike, 2.8 mile run
7:30 am - Wildchild Kid's Triathlon - .2 km swim, 2.8 mile bike (off road), 1 km run

Wildchild Tri – everyone gets an award
Hammer Award - All triathletes who compete the Sprint tri on Saturday and Olympic tri on Sunday.

Moss Park is located in southeast Orlando, near the Orlando International Airport. 12901 Moss Park Rd. - (407) 254-6840. Take Exit #23 off 417 and go south until it dead ends at Moss Park.

CAMPING
Camping is available at Moss Park – contact (407) 273-2327 no earlier than February 1, 2010 to make reservations. Reservations must be made in person.

AID STATIONS
The course will contain aid stations approximately 1 mile apart. All aid stations will be serving a combination of Advocare Spark, Advocare Rehydrate, Excel Gel and water.
